To mark the state’s 100th birthday, we want you to grow a “centennial” beard for a chance to win some great prizes.
Contest rules:
* Between now and Jan. 15 email a current photo of yourself with a clean shave (any existing facial hair i.e, goatee, mustache or sideburns must be trimmed very short but you don’t have to shave existing facial hair clean off).
* Include with your photo your name, address, phone number and email address.
* Grow your facial hair until Feb. 14 – the state’s birthday — in the beard style that best fits you and your personality.
* Before midnight, Feb. 14, email your photo of your hirsute self.
* Our panel of women judges will pick the top three best “Herald/Review Centennial Beards”
First prize — $100 gift card from an area business of your choice
Second prize — $50 gift card from an area business of your choice
Third prize — $25 gift card from an area business of your choice
And the top three winners will get their photos printed in the newspaper as well.

If you don’t have a camera, you can stop by our offices in Sierra Vista from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. or in Bisbee from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and we’ll take your photo for you. In office photo offer good only on Friday, Jan. 13 and on Tuesday, Feb. 14.
