A home on Oak Hill has been rented to a young couple with a child and a dog. They immediately acquired more pets and the wife is apparently running a home day care from the sounds of the children congregated on the screened-in porch. It would be nice for persons who own rental property to make an effort to get to know some of the other homeowners in the neighborhood. It appears all these people are on short term leases, so they aren’t around very long, six months to a year, but then we never know if the next neighbors will be better or worse.
