Harold “Judge” Lee’s dream began in Old Bisbee as a campaign to bring the neighborhood poker game out from the shadows of smoky casinos and oily garages. The mission has since become something far more vast and, some might even say, Quixotic: To save Native Americans from the soft slavery of a monopoly on gambling.
