More than 700 watch Aggies sweep Cochise rodeo

Send to friendFORT HUACHUCA — The Cochise College Rodeo held at Wren Arena concluded on Saturday afternoon with its championship round of events.
New Mexico State took home the championship title in both the men’s and women’s events.
The Cochise College women’s team finished in fifth place overall, led by Ellen Whitehead, of McNeal, in goat tying and barrel racing. She placed sixth in both events.
