Clear skies make way for TRP action

TUCSON — Clouds loomed over most of Cochise County on Saturday but the skies were clear in Tucson and racing went on as scheduled at TucsonRaceway Park.
The action was under way early with the first of two Pro 4 main events. David Bosley of Sierra Vista finished second to Jim Bates of Tucson. Matt Vincent of Hereford left the track early with what he thought was a right front flat on his No. 96 truck.
It was deja vu for Bosley in round two of the main events again finishing second to Bates.
Vincent crossed the finish line in the fourth position.
