SIERRA VISTA — Battered by high winds, a large portion of Sierra Vista lost power for much of Thursday evening. About 15 customers weren’t expected to get service restored until today, however.
Most area residents and everyone within the city of Sierra Vista affected by power outages Thursday saw their lights come back on by shortly after 9:30 p.m.
