Easier Said Than Done: Knowing obesity is a problem
There is good news about obesity in America.
The good news is we are aware there is a problem, and awareness always comes before change.
For me, the worst news is the rise of obesity in our youngest children. The number of children 2 to 5 years old who are overweight has doubled to 10 percent; and another 10 percent are at risk.

A problem I see a lot, especially on all these losing weight reality shows,
are the overweight people saying they are tired of being “average”. When did
obese become average?
These 10 rules are adviseable to read and follow. I am a heart patient who
had problems due to overweight conditions. Fortunately, I have a good
cardiologist who helped me and is still helping me cope with these type of
problems.
