Walk to Remember honors memories of babies lost
SIERRA VISTA — Of all the tragedies life can present, losing a baby may be one of the most difficult to understand.
But even as the grief of such a loss can be overwhelming, sharing the experience with others who have faced a similar situation can sometimes provide the encouragement to move forward. And though the memories of a baby who is no longer here will never be forgotten, the sadness of such a loss can be eased over time.
To that end, the 4th Annual Walk to Remember, a 5k run and 1.5 mile walk held to remember the children who are no longer with us, was held on Sunday morning at Veterans’ Memorial Park.
