Maj. Gen. Lynn: Napper's service 'unprecedented'

FORT HUACHUCA — Saying the accomplishments of Maj. Gen. Jennifer Napper are “unprecedented,” Lt. Gen. Rhett A. Hernandez officiated at the change-of-command ceremony Thursday morning, where Napper turned over the Network Enterprise Technology Command to Maj. Gen. Alan Lynn.

The ceremony on the post’s Brown Parade Field saw the official hand over — the NETCOM flag — to Lynn at exactly 8:28 a.m., signifying he was now  the organization’s  commander. Hernandez, who heads  the Army Cyber Command/2nd Army, spoke of Napper’s successes and said she was the drive behind five major programs, all of which were unprecedented.
