$10K reward offered in mail theft

Federal mail inspectors hope that a reward of up to $10,000 will help produce new leads in the ongoing investigation into stolen mail from several cluster mail boxes at a mobile home community late last month.

U.S. Postal Inspector David Birch also revealed that investigators have video surveillance footage of two individuals breaking into the mail boxes that morning, Dec. 27.

They knew the cameras were there. They hid their faces,” Birch said.
