The Sierra Vista Regional Health Center’s Wellness Depot will provide a presentation about “Healthy Living to 100” at 1 p.m. today. Visitors can learn how people are living longer with a better quality of life. During this presentation, Dr. Tap will demonstrate the techniques he uses with professional baseball players.
