The Amerind Museum in Dragoon is offering a pottery workshop with award-winning Hopi-Tewa potter White Swann (Dollie Navasie) today through Wednesday. Under White Swann’s guidance, participants will create and fire two or three small pots from the clay and pigments she will bring with her. Stories from her culture, her family and her life as a Hopi woman and potter will be shared by this engaging artist. Participants have an option of having their meals and lodging at the Amerind during the workshop. Limited enrollment. For details, call (520) 586-3666 or go to www.amerind.org.
