FORT HUACHUCA — Arizona Street on the post has become Welcome Home Avenue as yellow  ribbons were hung from telephone and light poles Wednesday.

For Seth Bredshall, a typical energetic 2-year-old boy, the tradition of putting out yellows ribbons as part of a welcome back to soldiers returning from a combat zone is new.

All Seth could say, between running around, sometimes carrying a ribbon, or having one draped over him, is that his dad is coming home in a “hairplane.”
