FORT HUACHUCA — When it comes to sports, the best defensive team understands offensive plays, Maj. Gen. Jennifer Napper said Monday.
“If you don’t understand offense, it is difficult to play defense,” the commander of the Network Enterprise Technology Command/9th Signal Command, said to some Buena High School Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps cadets.
It was the first meeting Napper has had with the high school Cyber Patriot Team, which in their first year of existence came in second in a national competition recently in Washington, D.C.
