The Nursing Home Ministry program at Faith Presbyterian Church will offer a brown bag seminar today entitled “What is a Fiduciary?” Mario Gonzales will be a guest and the community is invited to attend. A fiduciary is someone who accepts the responsibility of taking care of the needs or property of another person for the benefit of that person. The person served by a fiduciary places trust in the fiduciary to manage his or her affairs soley for his or her benefit and not the fiduciary’s benefit.
