To celebrate, honor and remember the clients, families, staff and community members who have been part of the treatment and recovery experience, SEABHS plans a balloon release today. The event will begin at 6 p.m. at Southeastern Arizona Behavioral Health Services, 4755 Campus Drive. Refreshments will be served.
