Fort Huachuca is setting an example for the rest of Cochise County to follow
in the use of this scarce commodity called water.
When will the Herald publish monthly water usage articles on the city of
Sierra Vista and Bisbee? I understand the interest in water usage, but why
does the Herald only report on the Fort’s usage?
