SilverCrest’s first metals pour done

BISBEE — SilverCrest Mines Inc., owner of the Santa Elena gold and silver mine near Banamichi, Sonora, Mexico, announced on Thursday that it has successfully completed its first metals pour.

Production will continue to escalate over the next four months, as ore tonnes under leach and recovery rates increase, according to a press release. The company anticipates the mine will reach design capacity by the end of this year.
