HEALTHY EATING: “Lettuce Get Healthy” is a newly formed group meeting monthly to hear professionals on nutritional ideas, share recipes and support one another in focusing on predominantly plant-based diets. Goals of the group are to improve health while proactively lowering the risk of heart disease, cancer and diabetes. Everyone is welcome. “Lettuce Get Healthy” meets at 1 p.m. on the third Sunday of each month at the Sierra Vista United Methodist Church Family Life Center. For more details, call 803-9092.

get real. if you can afford to eat in sierra vista your dam lucky. sometimes
i get one meal a day of what ever i can throw together. retired, $16.00 in
food stamps and unabel to find a job to suplament income. thanks irene shulke
and bruce wert for your bullying.
