The contest between Rep. Gabrielle Giffords and Republican challenger Jesse Kelly is bound to get heated if Kelly’s months-long slugfest with former state Sen. Jonathan Paton is any indication.

Huachuca Henry: Your reply was directly below my comments so you had to mean
me. You and IAM4TRUTH are two of a kind. Yes, I get monthly payments from the
U. S. Government for wounds received during WW2. I am 50% disabled for which
I get $845.00 per month. I like many other WW2 Veterans would gladly trade
places with you. I doubt if you have ever been in combat so you would not
know what it was to make 4 beach-head landings against a feroucious enemy who
was determined to keep us from success. If you believe I am sucking this
money off the tax payer so be it. I hope other readers who read your comments
get a true picture of you. You and IAM4TRUTH should be recognized for the
slams you make against veterans, in particular WW2 veterans of which I am
one. I served my country gladly when the CALL was sent out.
I made a slam against you. I don’t confuse you, Hereford or Kelly with most
veterans. Most veterans believe in this country and it’s government. Look
above for what Jesse Kelly thinks of people that work for the government.
He’s your buddy and he thinks government benefits are freeloading and
government workers do nothing of value. Yet he has never earned a dime that
wasn’t the governments first. My dad wants to know what 4 beach head
invasions?
At least Jesse Kelly has an idea to fix SS. What have the Democrats done..
cried to not let Republicans have it. Quite frankly I would be more impressed
if the Democrats would stop blaming their problems with SS on the Republicans
and come up with an actual idea to fix it. I don’t know.. perhaps legislation
to stop borrowing from it and let the system go back to paying only for it’s
recipients. That would be a good start to me. However bad of an idea placing
SS into the hands investments firms may be, at least Republicans are
suggesting something, sometimes a bad idea is better than no idea.
IM4TRUTH: Have you ever had an original thought in your life? You are
repeating the slanted lies coming from the Gifford’s campaign. Jesse Kelly
was HONORABLY discharged from the Marines. You insult the military with your
comments. Giffords gets conveniently tough on the border every campaign cycle
like the RINO McCain. Don’t worry about social security that Jesse Kelly
wants to “phase out over time” because Gabby voted for the Obamacare whose
death panels will phase out senior citizens over time. Yes, that is a
Republican talking point, but isn’t it strange how most of the things that
Republicans brought up about Obamacare seem to be coming true. That is
because people have had time to actually read the bill—a noble thought that
this congress has yet to embrace.

IAM4TRUTH: What do you know about the Marines. You slammed me for my time in
the Marines during WW2 and you are now slamming another Marine for doing his
job. You are one senseless broad. I believe most people on this forum are on
to you so quit making senseless charges.
It’s OK to duke it out in the campaign as long as what is said is based on
the truth. Jesse needs to clarify his views on any social security changes he
has in mind. Any changes need to be suggested in the social security program
need to be for the benefit of the constituents and not for political noise
only. Lets have the good fight but in truth only!
Kelly couldn’t hack it in the Marines and he is nothing short of a hypocrit
who supports amnesty! He also wants to get rid of social security, which
would leave millions of our seniors homeless. This guy is like a domestic
terrorist to the seniors.
What proof do you have he couldn’t hack it in the Marines? You obviously
can’t hack it doing anything at all. Oh and learn to spell hypocrite. You
obviously have been listening to the idiot that can’t talk about her own
record which she knows if she talks about she will lose a lot of support. He
doesn’t want to get rid of it immediately. He wants to find alternatives to
fix SS and to let people decide on how to invest their own money. If those
seniors rely solely on SS then they made some very bad decisions in life and
really don’t deserve to just collect that measly little check they get every
month. I am planning on SS not being there when I retire and don’t even take
it into account for my retirement. I just consider the money I am paying into
it as money that is wasted and gone. Again I ask you to provide proof and
again you won’t because you are a liberal sheep.
