SIERRA VISTA —  Now the real campaign can begin for the Congressional District 8 seat, with Republican Jesse Kelly taking the primary election. That race started out with five GOP candidates — Kelly, Andy Goss, Brian Miller, Jonathan Paton and Jay Quick.

But the GOP primary fight was really down to Kelly and Paton after Goss and Miller bowed out of the race and Quick ran a low-key campaign.

Haha. Giffords has no chance to beat Kelly and now her commercials are
playing on protecting border security and so forth. Too little too late!!
Down with Giffords………

Why do we have to put up with two annoying election times? Why can’t all the
candidates run and be elected in one election at one time? It is stupid to
have elections in August and then again in November. The campaign signs all
over town are an eyesore and a safety hazard and should be restricted to one
area. People want a smaller government and there are too many candidates
running for office. All the elected officials do is raise our taxes and spend
recklessly. Half the time they waste money on items that don’t benefit all
the residents. Time to stop all this election nonsense.

but I am gladly supporting ANYONE that gets the Pelosi puppet out of office.
The healthcare legislation was the worst thing for this country and don’t
forget, Gabby supports Cap and Trade—the real money maker for the Dems. You
like paying through the nose for health insurance and utilities? Then vote
for Gabby. I won’t be—she has already been in office and did nothing about
the border until Brewer forced the issue onto Obama’s lap.

Hey Guys no worries the Dems will save SS and balance the budget and if that
doesn’t work they will go on TV and tell us it is turning around. That always
works doesn’t it?

Giffords got $600 million for border security while Brewer and clowns turned
Arizona into a national joke. Kelly earns a living working for daddy doing
stimulus projects and complains about Obama spending our money? LOL Paton had
a chance, Kelly has none. Giffords will get 60% or more` of the vote in
 November.

No Giffords did not get us $600 million for the border.. She tried to get $80
Billion money, giving the border $300 million and another $300 million to
Mexico and the rest on bull. The Senate gave us $600 million and Giffords new
better than to say no, after the Senate said no to what she wanted to spend.

HH you are a moron. Think about what you just said. Kelly works for Daddy. At
least he works. More than I can say for Obama and the rest of his
administration. Paton had no chance. He was just as bad as Bee was. Now we
have a candidate that Gabby has nothing to sling mud with she is going down.
She voted for that idiotic health care bill and now she can care less about
border security. She is gone in November.
