Peer-to-Peer is a unique course designed for those living with a diagnosis of major depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders (panic, OCD, PTSD), schizophrenia or other mental health disorder. The course will address understanding your diagnosis, treatment, coping skills, communication, problem solving, managing stress, relapse prevention, crisis planning, recovery empowerment, self-advocacy and more. Includes lecture and interactive exercises. Light meal provided. Next 10-week course begins today from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Pre-registration needed: 459-3228.
