Hearing on accident rescheduled

BISBEE — A woman who allegedly injured a 19-year-old motorcyclist with a sport utility vehicle along Highway 92 in Sierra Vista on March 5 will appear in Cochise County Superior Court next week.

Sara Alise Martinez, 24, was indicted on an accusation of committing aggravated driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs while a person under 15 was in the vehicle, and committing aggravated driving with an alcohol concentration of greater than 0.15 with a child in the car.

These delays are a means to take the event(not an accident)farther away in
order to soften the effects of his injuries. Why not admit what you did and
suffer the consequenses of that behavior? Those consequences will be next to
nothing compared to what Daniel has suffered. Daniel marched the Bataam Death
March every year 25 miles, an eagle scout, college stduent, and a lifelong
