Send to friendChair yoga classes are offered every Wednesday at 8:30 and 10 a.m. Registered yoga teacher Marcia Galleher welcomes students of all ages and levels to the sessions at Sierra Vista Regional Health Center’s Wellness Depot in the Mall at Sierra Vista. Classes are $6 per session.
Ki Gong classes are offered at 10 a.m. Thursdays at the Sierra Vista Regional Health Center’s Wellness Depot in the Mall at Sierra Vista. Ki Gong is a preventive health and wellness practice involving simple “no impact” movements. Cost is $8 per session; first class free.
