New apartment units celebrate grand opening

SIERRA VISTA — Sierra Vista’s newest apartment complex celebrated its opening with local business and community leaders Thursday.
Construction of The Place at Savanna Springs, 289 S. Highway 92, began 11 months ago and utilized local contractors like KE&G, said John Krauss, construction manager for MC Companies.
Work is still being completed on the final few buildings of the $17.5 million complex, which when completed in June will bring the total number of apartments available to 204, said Josh Krauss, a leasing associate with The Place at Savanna Springs.

from what i have heard around town this was supose to be low income . is this
true or not ? the apartments look nice from driven by them
The new apartments in Sierra Vista sound like a good thing. They certainly
can use them and these look good enough to rent.
