SIERRA VISTA — Arizona’s Attorney General Terry Goddard said Friday that the recent shooting death of a well-known Cochise County rancher is consistent with the work of scouts for Mexican drug cartels.

On Saturday, Robert Krentz, 58, was found dead inside his all-
terrain vehicle on his ranch about 35 miles northeast of Douglas.

Goddard said his comments were based on media reports and his previous experience investigating the prosecution of the cartel movement of drugs in Arizona.

Title: oh please

This is coming from the same Attorneys who have time and time again refused
to prosecute drug smugglers that are caught by local law enforcement
agencies. If Goddard and especially Rheinheimer recognize the dangers to us
from smugglers they would have allowed prosecution and prison for the
smugglers. Instead, the smugglers get the dope taken away and a ride home to
Mexico. Nice deal eh. Police have to get permission from the County Attorney
before arresting someone. This is why people are being killed! Also if they
knew anything about what happens in Mexico with the cartels, they would know
that the cartels have placed a bounty on the head of the murderer. The
cartels are furious that their once easy path has been shut down.

This is all political talk by Attorney General Goddard. I don’t believe it is
the work of the Cartel as AG Goddard would like us to believe.

So Where is the—NATIONAL GUARD—OR FEDERAL TROOPS—fully armed to protect
the most vulnerable people, who live on the outskirts of the drug war in
Arizona, California, New Mexico and Texas? Why is it we can protect foreign
countries, but our politicians refuse to save Americans from dangerous
people, who cross the border in unceasing number. If we had a permanent
military presence on the border, as Mexico has with Guatemala, we wouldn’t
have American-citizens worrying about their safety? Robert Krantz, was
murdered on his own land by an illegal alien and as yet the US government has
more or less stayed silent. Except to offer a $25.000 dollar reward for the
capture of this murderer is all that’s apparent? Unfortunately, nothing will
materialize until there is a bloody massacre of citizens-residents in the
border region in the future? Napolitano has even the nerve to cut back on the
budget for the embarrassing border fence, that in many places still remain a
rusty barbed wire barrier
