FORT HUACHUCA — Today’s television crime shows are using more forensics and biometrics to solve felonies.
But don’t think the Army is playing catch-up in using the two special sciences.
Biometrics and forensics are part of daily use as America’s armed forces deploy to regions where danger is always a presence, Maj. Gen. John Custer recently said.

Our troops need all the help they can get while doing their duties on the
battlefield. I remember during WW2 when we could have used more of those type
of advantages.
