Jan. 4.

A man was killed by illegals recently. They aren’t just throwing rocks to
injure, but to kill. These BP Agents are putting their lives on the line,
literally. They need to be allowed to do their job without fear of
retaliation and law suits.
People have to understand that rocks can be used as weapons and can cause a
lot of damage including loss of life to a person being hit by one.
Fine job.. thanks for your service!
AMEN!!!!!!!!!!
more cover-up……. no trial…..nada. thanks for the info. I was wondering
what was happening with this case.
How is it a cover-up? The detective reports the video matched the statements
given by the agents on the scene…hence, nothing fishy. The agent was
defending himself against a deadly attack. Or don’t you think that fist-sized
rocks can kill? Oh, wait, you’re just one of those people. Who never, ever
believe law enforcement is right. Or, you’re worse. One of those people who
has a vendetta against the Border Patrol, and why? Um, because they are doing
their jobs. Mercy. That’s awful.
Tell me how the video footage counters the statements given by the agents.
After all, the CCSO detective states in his report that the footage is
consistent with the statements. Or is The Herald just trying to mislead the
public (again) by making a big deal about an initial statement given by the
sector special ops supervisor regarding the incident being caught on camera?
Shacat, please stop trying to vilify these hard-working agents. And admit you
know very little about the hierarchy of the Border Patrol. It IS possible the
supervisory DIDN’T know PORTIONS of the incident were filmed. And, since you
want to be so literal, you should understand if that supervisor was also
being literal since the actual shooting was not captured on video.
It wouldn’t be the first time evidence contradicted a statement, at least
where I’m from. People are going to act in the best interest of the company
they represent and not necessarily the truth. I’m no expert, but I do
understand corruption, especially within a police department. If you think
this sort of thing doesn’t happen then you are sadly remiss.
