Thursday, Feb. 4
7:12 a.m. A man, 19, was arrested on an allegation of failure to Remain at the scene of an accident and unsafe lane change associated with a hit and run collision reported on Wednesday at approximately the same time of morning. He was cited and released.
8:03 a.m. A woman, 27, was arrested on an allegation of driving with an expired out of state registration after a traffic stop at Paseo de la Luna and Via Riata. She was cited and released.
