Exceptional area teachers can be nominated for honor

SIERRA VISTA — You can nominate teachers who do an exceptional job in and out of the classroom to receive special recognition as part of a new program from Tucson Values Teachers.
The group is working with OfficeMax to conduct the “Teacher Excellence” award campaign, a release said. Public, private and charter school teachers in Cochise County, Pima County and Santa Cruz County are eligible for nomination.
