SIERRA VISTA — There’s definitely an art to carving a turkey. On Tuesday, members of Sierra Vista Noon Rotary and Cox employees learned that special touch during a carving demonstration by Chef Michael Wray.

Twenty turkeys, all donated to the Salvation Army for its annual community Thanksgiving dinner, were brought to Cox, where employees seasoned and bagged the birds early Wednesday, getting them ready to cook. From there, Rotary members took the turkeys to their homes, where they roasted them in preparation of today’s Salvation Army dinner.
