BISBEE — Jessica Evening Red talked while she and her 9-year-old son, Sebastian Tramutolo, decided what decorations to put where on the wreath they were making at the Bisbee Boys and Girls Club on Monday during family fun night.
“I grew up here in Bisbee, and we didn’t have a Boys and Girls Club.”
