8:32 a.m. A two-vehicle injury wreck was reported at Wilcox Drive and South Garden Avenue. Both vehicles were towed. One person was taken to the hospital. One driver was cited with failure to yield from a stop sign.
8:41 a.m. An employee at Carroll Drive Apartments reported theft of services. A person left without paying for his or her stay.
