SIERRA VISTA — Thousands of people braved the elements to visit the 38th Annual Art in the Park, making the best of a very wet Saturday at Veterans’ Memorial Park.

Considering even with the weather and our economy, I think … this is a very successful show,” said Rosario Wilke, event coordinator. She expects 20,000 to 30,000 people to walk through the show by the end of the weekend. Art in the Park is open again  from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. today.
