Salsa Contest at Chile Festival
Watch local chef Kelly Galligan make salsa this Saturday at the annual Chile Festival at the Bisbee Farmers Market. The demonstration will take place at 11 a.m. across from the music tree.
Bring a favorite salsa recipe (with name on bottom of container and recipe) to the market’s info booth by 11 a.m. to enter the Salsa Contest.
The judging and awarding of the $50 prize in market bucks will be followed by sampling of all the salsas.
