Locavore Dinner
Sophia’s Italian Ristorante will host a Locavore Dinner on Aug. 3 at 6 p.m. featuring ingredients supplied by Sierra Vista Farmers Market vendors and local wines. Chef Zeke Wray has created a four-course menu featuring locally grown fresh fruit and vegetables, naturally raised chicken, goat cheese, nuts and honey. Both a vegetarian and vegan option will also be offered.
