Complying with Census 2010, protecting against scams

Send to friendApril 1, 2010, is Census Day! This month, census questionnaires will be mailed to households across the nation.
The census is as old as the United States itself. Article 1, Section 2, of the U.S. Constitution calls for the enumeration of citizens of the United States to determine the number of representatives each state will have in the U.S. House of Representatives. It reads, “The actual Enumeration shall be made within three years after the first meeting of the Congress of the United States, and within every subsequent term of 10 years.”
