Animal hospital goes mobile with ambulance

SIERRA VISTA — One local veterinary hospital has added an interesting new service to it’s business model.
Starting this month, the Sierra Animal Hospital is offering emergency transportation in its newly acquired ambulance.
“We’ve been wanting for one for quite a while,” said Mike Falconer, practice manager for the animal hospital.
The ambulance will allow the animal hospital to transport animals in the surrounding area to the hospital or, if necessary, to a better equipped location in Tucson.
