AGUA PRIETA, Sonora — A rescue mission here in this Mexican border town is working to help the poor, one person at a time.
Wings of Angels Foundation, based in Douglas, offers assistance to people in Agua Prieta and other parts of northern Sonora. Each month, it holds a crisis intervention clinic in Agua Prieta. The most recent one took place Sept. 11.
