To the Editor:

I would like to express my appreciation to the Gordley Design Group from Tucson for their excellent work in organizing and facilitating the recent Upper San Pedro Water District meetings. For the three meetings that I was able to attend (Sierra Vista, Bisbee and Palominas), their staff was very conscientious and courteous.

Despite their efforts, dissatisfaction on the part of attendees was high, particularly at the Palominas meeting, as was reported by Bill Hess in the Herald/Review.
