Stimulus projects helping economy
With temperatures soaring to 118 degrees, it’s sometimes hard in Arizona to drum up enthusiasm for summer, unless you’re a school kid or a teacher.
But hardy Arizonans who venture out of air conditioned buildings this summer will be met with an impressive number of new stimulus projects in rural Arizona communities, thanks to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) and USDA Rural Development.
