Send to friendArturo Altamira Aguilar of Chandler passed away on Nov. 15, 2009, in Chandler, Ariz. He was 63 yrs old. He was born in San Antonio, Texas, on July 8, 1946, to Policarpio and Lola (Dolores) Aguilar. He joined the U.S. Army at the age of 18. He served in Vietnam in the First Platoon A Company 3/503rd Infantry 173rd Airborne Bridage (SEP). He was employed by the Department of Veterans Affairs as a counselor for more than 18 years. He was a great service to his fellow veterans and military personnel.
