Send to friendJoin the Friends of the San Pedro River for this hike south from the Research
Natural Area and back. See scenic parts of the San Pedro River and fall
colors. Hike through the swamp, along the river and back through the
grassland. Bring water and lunch. Meet at the St. David Research Natural Area
at 9:00 AM. Directions: Take Hwy 80 west from St. David to Apache Powder Rd.
Turn south past Powder Plant and onto dirt portion of the road. After road
curves east, turn right immediately after RR tracks. Go 1 mile to parking
