Title: Why am I not able to submit wedding announcement

Lt’s a little hard to submit an engagement announcement or a wedding
announcement, if ythe web page doesn’t have it. It’s also hard to do if you
keep showing this message…” You may not submit another entry @ this
time”… Why????? I never submitted anything to this newspaper. I know coming
into the office is an option, but not if you work out of town, and the
newlyweds arent able to go to the office to fill out the paperwork. Why have
this option if your customers can’t use it?
