Nov. 21
• 9:15 a.m. — An employee at the Blue Horizon Motel, 5150 E. Highway 90, reported criminal trespass. A 20-year-old man went into a room and stayed there overnight. Nothing was taken.

• 11:47 a.m. — An employee at Wal-Mart, 657 N. Highway 90, reported counterfeiting. An unknown person passed a counterfeit $100 bill. The case officer is awaiting further evidence and continuing the investigation.
• 12:18 p.m. — A theft was reported at Buena High School, 5225 E. Buena School Blvd. An iPhone and wallet were taken from a student on Nov. 19.
• 2:22 p.m. — A resident reported fraud at the Sierra Vista Chevron, 1796 E. Fry Blvd. The victim left their Visa debit card at the station on Oct. 31. Since that time, there have been fraudulent charges in the amount of $93.
• 3:04 p.m. — An assault was reported at Ocotillo Drive and Leon Way. One juvenile was referred for spraying another juvenile in the face with Listerine while they were on the bus.
• 4:31 p.m. — A juvenile was referred for shoplifting after police were called to Wal-Mart, 657 N. Highway 90. The juvenile took a phone charger.
• 4:46 p.m. — A resident in the 700 block of Palo Verde Drive reported criminal damage. The driver’s side door lock of the victim’s vehicle was damaged.
• 5:06 p.m. — A two-vehicle, non-injury wreck was reported at Highway 92 and Avenida Cochise. One of the vehicles was towed from the scene.
• 5:39 p.m. — A two-vehicle, non-injury wreck was reported in the 500 block of South Coronado Drive. One of the vehicles failed to yield from a driveway.
• 5:47 p.m. — A two-vehicle, non-injury wreck was reported in the 2100 block of East Fry Boulevard. One of the drivers was cited for failure to yield right of way for a vehicle on the roadway.
• 5:49 p.m. — An assault was reported at Buena High School, 5225 E. Buena School Blvd. The case remains open at this time.
• 5:49 p.m. — Police were called to Wal-Mart, 657 N. Highway 90, for the report of shoplifting. One juvenile was referred for shoplifting a hair dye brush and the other was referred for facilitation of shoplifting.
• 8:53 p.m. — A resident in the 4700 block of Paseo Las Palmas reported harassment. A known subject had cursed at the victim and reportedly threw a bottle at her home.
• 10:03 p.m. — A man, 48, was arrested for driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop in the 400 block of South Garden Avenue. The vehicle was towed from the scene. He was cited and released.
• 10:32 p.m. — A burglary was reported at the Sierra Linda Apartments, 380 Taylor Drive. An unknown subject broke into the office and attempted to steal a computer. The case is still under investigation.
• 11:28 p.m. — A man, 20, was arrested for a failure to appear warrant out of the Douglas Police Department and a warrant out of the Cochise County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a charge of false reporting after a traffic stop at Fry Boulevard and Bel Aire Place. He was booked into the county jail.
Nov. 22
• 12:42 a.m. — A man, 23, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop in the 1800 block of South Highway 92. The vehicle was towed from the scene and impounded for 30 days. The man was released to the Military Police.
• 2:28 a.m. — A resident in the 400 block of Carroll Drive reported an attempted burglary. An unknown person shut off the electricity to the house and attempted to pry the front door, back door and side window.
• 3:14 a.m. — A resident in the 100 block of East Martin Drive reported criminal damage and threatening/intimidating. The victim reported several subjects had been driving past their residence and breaking things.
• 4:24 a.m. — An employee at Denny’s, 2397 E. Fry Blvd., reported theft of services. Three males and two females left without paying for meals, the value totaling $49.86.
• 8:49 a.m. — A two-vehicle, injury, rollover wreck was reported at Wilcox Drive and Seventh Street. One of the vehicles was towed from the scene.
• 9:11 a.m. — A resident in the 400 block of South Garden Avenue reported a burglary. An unknown person broke in and took porcelain dolls from the residence.
• 9:59 a.m. — A juvenile was referred for assault after police were called to the 500 block of Evergreen Drive. The juvenile took a swing at her mother.
• 3:09 p.m. — A woman, 21, was arrested for driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop at Highway 92 and Quail Run Drive. The vehicle was towed from the scene and impounded for 30 days. She was cited and released.
• 4:18 p.m. — A man, 25, was arrested for three warrants after a traffic stop at Second Street and Bartow Drive. He was booked into the county jail.
• 5:42 p.m. — A man, 32, was arrested for shoplifting $78.00 after police were called to Wal-Mart, 657 N. Highway 90. He was cited and released.
• 9:02 p.m. — A person who was shopping at Best Buy, 2100 El Mercado Loop, reported theft of means of transportation. Their vehicle was parked at approximately 5 p.m. and was reported stolen.
• 11:09 p.m. — A man, 18, was arrested for a warrant out of the Sierra Vista Police Department for failure to appear on a charge of failure to provide identification and prohibited possession of a firearm after police contact in the 400 block of South Garden Avenue. He was booked into the county jail.
Sunday
• 1:14 a.m. — A woman, 43, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop at Paseo San Luis and Snyder Boulevard. The vehicle was towed from the scene. She was cited and released.
• 2:00 a.m. — A man, 71, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop at Wilcox Drive and Carmichael Avenue. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
• 11:15 a.m. — A resident in the 400 block of South Carmichael Avenue reported child abuse. The reporting party informed the officer that a 3-year-old child had welts on their bottom. The case is referred to Special Operations and Child Protective Services. No further information is available at this time.
• 11:21 a.m. — An employee at Safeway, 2190 E. Fry Blvd., reported theft. An unknown subject took the victim’s wallet from the employee break room.
• 3:05 p.m. — A guest at the Candlewood Suites, 1904 S. Highway 92, reported criminal damage. It appeared that an unknown person keyed their Chevrolet Corvette overnight.
• 6:29 p.m. — A woman, 40, was arrested for a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of assault and disorderly conduct out of Bisbee Justice of the Peace 1 after police contact in the 300 block of East Wilcox Drive. She was booked into the county jail.
Monday
• 1:57 a.m. — A man, 33, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop in the 1500 block of East Fry Boulevard. The vehicle was towed from the scene. He was cited and released.
• 7:50 a.m. — A man, 31, was arrested for two warrants out of the Sierra Vista Police Department. He was already in custody at the jail when arrested.
• 7:53 a.m. — A resident reported their yellow Cat four-wheel drive backhoe was stolen from the 1900 block of Oakwind Drive sometime between Nov. 21 and Monday.
• 1:17 a.m. — A two-vehicle, non-injury wreck was reported at the East Gate, 1 Buffalo Soldier Trail. The wreck was a rear-end type of collision.
• 10:20 a.m. — A man, 21, was arrested for false information to law enforcement stemming from an incident on Nov. 9. He falsely reported his vehicle was stolen on that date.
• 2:22 p.m. — A juvenile was referred for domestic violence/disorderly conduct after were called to the 5000 Calle Vieja. The juvenile was damaging the residence. After being found, the juvenile was taken to the Juvenile Probation Office.
• 2:29 p.m. — A man, 27, was arrested for criminal trespass after police were called to Wal-Mart, 657 N. Highway 90. He was cited and released.
• 5:09 p.m. — A resident in the 3000 block of Dove Drive reported theft. A red LG scoop cellular phone was taken from a gym locker at Apache Middle School, 3305 E. Fry Blvd. The date of the theft was not stated.
• 7:35 p.m. — A juvenile was referred for domestic violence/disorderly conduct and domestic violence/criminal damage after police were called to the 4900 block of La Canada. The juvenile broke a television while having an argument with their mother and stepfather. The juvenile was taken to the Crisis Center.
• 11:05 p.m. — An employee at the Circle K, 720 S. Seventh St., reported shoplifting. The suspect was described as a white male wearing a blue cap, dark colored shirt and dark pants. The suspect took a 30 pack of beer.
• 11:21 p.m. — A woman, 60, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop at Wilcox Drive and Park Circle. The vehicle was towed from the scene and impounded for 30 days. She was booked into the county jail.
Tuesday
• 12:55 a.m. — Two women, ages 45 and 21, were arrested for transportation of marijuana for sale after officers were called to assist Border Patrol at the Highway 90 checkpoint. Both were booked into the county jail.
• 2:18 a.m. — Two men, ages 19 and 20, were arrested for minor consumption of alcohol after police were called to the 300 block of North Seventh Street. Both were cited and released.
• 10:25 a.m. — A resident in the 200 block of Whitton Street reported fraud. The victim was paid for services using a counterfeit check.
• 3:10 p.m. — A theft was reported at Wal-Mart, 657 N. Highway 90. The victim’s cloth purse was taken.
• 3:29 p.m. — A theft was reported at Safeway, 2190 E. Fry Blvd. The victim’s wallet was taken while they were shopping.
• 7:57 p.m. — A two-vehicle, non-injury wreck was reported in the 700 block of South Highway 92. One driver failed to yield while making a left turn.
Wednesday
• 1:35 a.m. — A man, 21, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop in the 800 block of North Lenzner Avenue. The vehicle was towed from the scene. He was cited and released.
• 1:37 a.m. — A man, 26, was arrested for driving under the influence after a traffic stop in the 2500 block of East Fry Boulevard. The vehicle was towed from the scene. He was cited and released.
• 2:39 a.m. — A woman, 30, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop in the 3300 block of South Rodeo Drive. The vehicle was towed from the scene. She was cited and released.
• 5:14 a.m. — A burglary was reported at Curves, 714 E. Wilcox Drive. An unknown person broke glass to gain entry to the premises. The cash tray was taken and an unspecified amount of money was taken.
• 10:06 a.m. — A theft was reported at KFC, 1060 E. Fry Blvd. The victim reportedly left a purse in an unsecured vehicle and after returning found it missing.
• 12:19 p.m. — A woman, 27, was arrested for driving with a suspended license after a two-vehicle, non-injury wreck was reported at Fry Boulevard and El Camino Real. A driver was cited for the rear-end collision. One vehicle was towed from the scene. The woman was cited and released.
• 1:10 p.m. — A burglary was reported at the Skate Park and Pro Shop, 3100 Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway. Approximately $3,000 worth of skateboard parts and equipment was taken from the premises.
• 1:32 p.m. — A report of an accidental discharge of a firearm was reported in the 3000 block of Newport Avenue. A man accidentally shot himself in the leg. He was alone in the residence at the time. The man was taken to the hospital by ambulance and was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
• 2:09 p.m. — A man, 25, was arrested on a warrant out of the Sierra Vista Police Department for attempted second-degree murder and five counts of aggravated assault after police were notified that he may be located at the Super 8, 201 W. Fry Blvd. When officers made contact with the man, he fled on foot. He also was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest. He was booked into the county jail.
• 9:33 p.m. — A single-vehicle (bicycle) wreck was reported at Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway and Coronado Drive. The rider failed to see the curbing, causing the collision.
• 10:04 p.m. — A theft was reported in the 300 block of Taylor Drive. A man’s ex-girlfriend placed his personal items outside of their apartment and while they were left there, someone went through them and took a cell-phone, a pre-paid cell-phone and a clothing iron.
• 11:29 p.m. — A man, 34, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop in the 40 block of Avenida Escuela. The vehicle was towed from the scene. He was cited and released.
Thursday
• 12:48 a.m. — A report of shots fired in the area of the 4800 block of Paseo Arruza. The area was checked and the source was not found.
• 1:26 a.m. — A woman, 26, was arrested for driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop at Fry Boulevard and Bel Aire Place. The vehicle was towed from the scene. She was cited and released.
• 1:27 a.m. — A man, 52, was arrested for domestic violence/assault after police were called to the 400 block of Via Luna. He was booked into the county jail.
• 2:25 a.m. — An aggravated assault was reported at Denny’s, 2397 E. Fry Blvd. An unknown person struck a male in the back of the head with a baseball bat. The victim’s friend was also injured while attempting to help. Both refused medical treatment by the Sierra Vista Fire Department at the scene and sought further treatment on their own. The suspect is described as a white man, 5 feet 10 inches, medium build and clean shaven. He fled in a gray Buick LeSabre driven by a Hispanic man, 5 feet 10 inches, slender build, clean shaven wearing a gray hoodie sweat shirt. A red baseball bat was used in the assault. The vehicle fled northbound on Moorman Avenue.
• 6:57 a.m. — A man, 19, was arrested for driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop in the 3100 block of E. Fry Boulevard. The vehicle was towed from the scene. He was cited and released.
• 8:14 a.m. — A woman, 24, was arrested for driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop at Buffalo Soldier Trail and Golf Links Road. The vehicle was towed from the scene and impounded for 30 days. She was cited and released.
• 10:08 a.m. — A report of shots fired in the area of Fry Boulevard and North Avenue. A person reported a man pointed a shotgun out of a vehicle, firing two rounds. The area was checked with negative results. The case is being referred to Special Operations.
• 10:48 a.m. — An employee at Mary’s Mission reported assault. The victim was reportedly struck with a pillow. The case is being referred to the Cochise County Attorney’s Office.
• 8 p.m. — A man 19, was arrested on a warrant out of the Cochise County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the county jail.
