I take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to all those who participated in and assisted in the production of the Forgach House 13th Annual Variety Show on Oct. 13. It was a wonderful evening and I couldn’t be more pleased that the audience was so enthusiastic. The theme this year was “A Salute to The Armed Forces” and the audience did just that. They were magnificent.
As with any theatrical production, success depends upon many people. Our cast of performers was one of the best we’ve had over the past 13 years. There could have been no show without the talents of MC Chuck Fisher, Rick Kline and his Buena Show Band, the Alma Delores International Dancers, Singer Suzanne Klasen, Fiddler David Kaemmer, Pianist Bill Purciello, Miss Sierra Vista 2008 Ann Chinen, entertainer and vocalist Michael Hargis, and the representatives from the armed forces — U.S. Army Sgt. Sara Vinge, U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Kristel Coleman and U.S. Marine Corps Staff Sgt. Alex Bledsoe. A special thanks to Fort Huachuca Garrison Command Sgt. Maj. Sandstrom, and Angela Moncur, who is with the Fort Huachuca Public Affairs Office.
And how could any show get on stage without the fantastic work of Coach Kline and his great stage crew, and our ticket booth volunteer and Marine Corps Vet ushers.
Thanks doesn’t seem to be adequate enough, but you all know how I feel. You are all wonderful.
