Ken fought an eight-year battle with cancer. He fought the “good fight” and won victory over cancer many times but in the end he went home with Jesus to play the drums on the streets of heaven.
A good day for Ken was getting up, reading the paper, going to McDonald’s to drink a 39-cent cup of coffee then ministering and sharing his love of Jesus Christ. Afterward, coming home and watching NASCAR racing on television, fishing in the clear waters of the Arkansas River or spending the day on the beach with his grandson, Michael, metal detecting.
Kenneth is survived by his beloved wife of 42 years, Susan of Sierra Vista; daughter, Conni Cisek (Tony) of Danville, Calif.; son, Ken Clark III of Billings, Mont.; grandchildren, Mara Clark, Collin Clark and James Clark all of Lubbock, Texas, and Michael Cisek of Danville, Calif.; sister, Carol Anne Clark of Lakeland, Fla.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 26, 2008, at Shiloh Christian Ministries, 200 North Ave., in Sierra Vista.
The family would respectfully request memorial contributions be made in Ken’s name to the “New Church Building Fund” at Shiloh Christian Ministries, 200 North Ave., Sierra Vista AZ 85635.
Arrangements are by Hatfield Funeral Home.
