To the Editor:
On behalf of the officers, members, families and friends of Sierra Vista Elks Lodge 2085, I would like to take this opportunity to thank those organizations within our community who contributed to the success of our recent Flag Day Observance.
We sincerely thank VFW Post 9972, the Knights of Columbus, American Legion Riders, Boy Scout troops 408, 444 and 445, and members of B Company, 305th Military Intelligence Battalion, for the presentation of a meaningful ceremony.
Our special guests from the Tucson VA Hospital’s Sight Impaired Unit were particularly grateful for this experience and the opportunity to participate in this event in Sierra Vista.

Club Rendezvous
To the Editor:
Club Cochise Volleyball organization would like to sincerely thank the owners of Club Rendezvous. Club Rendezvous generously donated their parking lot and water for us to host a car wash last month. Their location on Fry Boulevard was ideal for a busy Saturday, enabling us to raise needed funds.
Club Cochise Volleyball teams pay dues, yet there are still expenses to be covered such as additional tournament fees. We greatly appreciate when businesses such as Club Rendezvous give us an opportunity to work toward our goals.
Thanks again to not only Club Rendezvous but to all who supported our car wash!
