Peter Marcus Lee Knaeble

January 2, 1981 - May 5, 2008

Peter Knaeble, beloved Grandson of Gracia and Ken Akin, met his destiny on May 5, in Hollywood, CA.

He leaves behind his mother, Teresa Kasten, whom he loved dearly, his brother Chad, his father Mark Knaeble, his grandparents, Lee and Carol Knaeble, and his uncle and aunt, Mike and Debbie Knaeble, and his cousins Charlotte, Vince and Claire, and his beloved cat Fred.

Peter also leaves his dearest friends Bobby Lee, and Marcy and Rita Norton, of West Hollywood, and many others who tried so hard to help Peter through his depressions caused by manic-depressive illness that took his life.

Peter began his descent into darkness some time ago and regardless of how valiantly he tried, he could not escape the chains of agony and isolation. To those of you who knew Peter, please light a candle in his memory and say a prayer for him so he will know that you care.

God be with you my beautiful Grandson. May He hold you in His arms and give you the Unconditional Love and Peace of Mind that you so desperately sought in this strange world we call  “Life.”

" My heart goes to the family and friends. It is time for Peter's peace. Years ago depression took my son. So you must know how my heart aches for you. Now your memories are hurtful. But in time you will hear his laughter and see his smiles. He will always, always be with you and you will be with him. Don't forget you did all that was in your power. "
