Veal allows five runs as Cubs Double-A baseball team loses

Former Buena baseball player and current Tennessee Smokies left-handed starting pitcher  Donald Veal took the loss for the Chicago Cubs’ Double-A affiliate on Tuesday, in a 5-2 defeat to Chattanooga.Veal allowed four earned runs. Veal gave up six hits, one walk, two home runs and he struck out three. Veal is 2-1 with a 2.67 ERA this season.
